BOOKINGS ‑ TERMS AND CONDITIONS After making your booking via phone or email please post the information form and deposit within 14 days of booking so we have all your details. A $200 per night booking deposit (ie $400 for a weekend) for Trinity should be sent at the same time. The balance of payment for the use of the property is due within seven days of the completion of the hire or late fees may be charged. The return of the booking form and deposit confirms that group leaders have read and accepted all terms and conditions of this guide. The minimum fee for a weekend is $456 (based on 12 people @ $19 a night for two nights). No minimum midweek.
User group leader(s) completing the form who are not personally attending the camp for the entire duration, are responsible to ensure that the actual leader(s) in charge (physically on site at camp) at any given time are aware of the conditions in this guide. Cancellation of a booking. If a weekend booking is cancelled within two calendar months of the booking date then the deposit (or cancellation fee of $400 is forfeited if the site is not re‑booked. If it is re‑booked, the deposit will be refunded less an administrative charge of $50. The deposit (cancellation fee) for Trinity Cottage is $ 400 per weekend. Mid week is at a lesser rate, depending on what type of booking group you are. Please note that we do not take one night bookings for weekends unless your minimum hire is over $450. (Unless we negotiate otherwise) If a booking is cancelled after the actual booking date then minimum number booking fees apply. MINIMUM NUMBERS A minimum number charge exists for the hire based on 12 people per night for Trinity Cottage (Weekends only) No minimum for midweek bookings. COMPLAINTS OR PROBLEMS Any complaints or problems about any aspect can be made to Rob Lamont 0416 118813 General Conditions for Hire It is the responsibility of each group to ensure that campers understand and follow the Campsite's rules and procedures. Each group must have a competent leader in charge. ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE Trinity Cottage is to be maintained and left in a clean condition by the campers. Campers must not enter the camp prior to the allocated time and must not overstay the allocated departure time without prior consent. Areas of the campsite are to be cleaned as guided by the cleaning guide. PROPERTY (i) Damage and loss All breakages and losses to property or equipment are to be reported to the campsite management. They will be invoiced to the group. We take no responsibility for the loss or damage to personal property. Bedding is not to be taken from rooms. (ii) Smoke free environment Trinity cottage is a smoke free zone. |
Group leaders are asked to remind campers to respect each other, others personal property and the environment. Activities are to be arranged so that there is no noise between 10 pm and 8 am. TERMINATING THE OCCUPANCY We reserve the right to terminate the occupancy without notice for breach of the general conditions for hire. INSURANCE Liability for any property loss or damage or injury to any member of the group shall rest with the hirer. (Please note that most churches have such insurance policies) FIRST AID A basic first aid kit is provided but First Aid is the responsibility of campers. First aid is the responsibility of user group leaders including -First aid equipment -Trained staff - and lifts to medical care. It is the responsibility of user group leaders to inform Rob Lamont of all injuries for our records. Trinity Cottage recommends all groups have at least one car available at all times to give transport to any injured camper (s) if required, however if in doubt, RING 000 AND USE AN AMBULANCE. ACCOMMODATION AND FACILITIES ON SITE -Please bring your own linen, including pillow case, sleeping bag or doona. All rooms are clean and carpeted. -Their are enough pillows for two per bed and two blankets per bed. (We have a mix of cotton and woollen blankets available) -There is poor access for people with disabilities (further information available on request) GROUPS WITH CHILDREN Children primary age and under should not sleep on a top bunk without a safety rail. FACILITIES (indoors) Trinity: White board, CD, Overhead Projector and a Television, DVD and video player. TELEPHONE You will need to bring a mobile phone or make other arrangements as no phone is on site. Public phones are in many local tourist spots or the shops. CATERING Trinity Cottage is self catered site. All have excellent, fully‑equipped kitchen facilities. Groups are asked to take note of kitchen cleanliness and are required to leave it clean and must supply their own dishwashing liquid, tea towels, cleaning cloths, toilet paper, soap and scourers. KITCHEN Trinity has a microwave; electric oven, 4 electric cook tops, large fridge, a wide range of cooking utensils, knifes, cutlery, plates etc. Please note there is no dishwasher. LAUNDRY A washing machine is on site. WHAT TO BRING Campers will need to bring towels, pillow slips, sheets or sleeping bags. (We provide two blankets and two pillows per bed.) Last
