(4) Orthodox Churches that may not be in communion (This may differ from country to country)Old Believers, Ukrainian Orthodox Church – Kiev Patriarchate;  Ukrainian Autocephalous Church; Belarusan Autocephalous Orthodox (White Russia);

Macedonian Orthodox, Old Calendar Orthodox Churches
Please note that some Orthodox churches may recoginse others, that others do not recognise i.e. The Serbian and Russian Orthodox Churches (Belgrade and Moscow Patriarchates) both use the 'old calendar' and are in communion with some of the 'new calendar' churches. (New Calnder and old calender related to the changing o fhte calender by Pope Gregory - thus some churches celebrate festivals on different days from other churches)

5) Oriental Churches that are not Truly Orthodox most have a problem in how they expressed the Trinity or the nature of Jesus Christ becoming both fully God and fully human
eg. Nestorian Churches, sometimes called Chaldean not all Orthodox Churches share the same theology and Nestorian Churches are considered to be a heretical Church as it follows the heresy of Nestorius i.e. Assyrian Orthodox Church of the East which is not in communion with any other church
