Description:
Forest
edge is a 180 acre site on the Latrobe River at Neerim East, 1 hour 40
minutes east of Melbourne offering a range of camp styles from fully
catered
rooms to tents. "The lodges" have fourteen heated ensuited rooms each
with
10 beds and the area includes two lounges and a dining room where meals
are fully catered. "The cabins" on the McCurlies Creek site have 8 beds
in each of the six cabins and the area includes a self catering
kitchen,
pavilion and a toilet
block. Tent
camping is also
available in this site.
Activities
on site
include: a waterslide, flying fox (360 metres), ropes course,
initiative
activities, maypole, oval (cricket, football soccer) minigolf, boulder
