SITE ENVIRONMENT: Secluded, on private road, natural bush.
ACCOMMODATION: 36 beds and bunks indoors, plenty of tenting space on grassed lawns.
FACILITIES ON SITE: Dining and Kitchen area, equipped with 2 commercial gas stoves, plates, cutlery, gas BBQ.

OUTDOORS: Grassed playing area, large covered area for meetings, bushland left in centre of the 20 acre block, river runs from December to June (according to wet season).
FACILITIES OFF SITE: Berry Spring Nature Reserve (swimming) 18km away, NT Nature & Wildlife Park next door to Berry Springs Reserve, 45 minutes to Darwin City, 20 minutes to Palmerston, 1 hour to Litchfield National Park, 2 hours to Kakadu National
